Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge
The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated in order to display the collected reviews of Trusted Shops on the website.
After balancing our various interests, this protects the legitimate prevailing interests for optimal marketing of our offer. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are a product of TRUSTED SHOPS GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany. When a Trustbadge is requested, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file in which your request is documented with, for example, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the amount of data sent and the name of your internet provider (access data). These access data are not processed and are automatically overwritten no later than 7 days after your last visit to the page. Other personal data will only be passed on to Trusted Shops if, after placing an order, you choose to use the Trusted Shops products or if you are already registered to use them. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.
The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to process your order (s), including warranty, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the fiscal retention obligation).
